Description
The Model 1885 is uniquely suited to the longrange accuracy shooting of the day and is the worlds premier single shot hunting rifle. The stout fallingblock action is as impressive as ever. The precision barrel is famous for uncanny accuracy. A special internal hanger system allows the forearm to be freefloating so it will not affect accuracy. The hammer actually drops down out of the way when the lever is cycled forward. This makes loading and unloading very convenient. The Model 1885 also features a strong machined steel receiver and crisp adjustable trigger. This Low Wall Hunter model features a pistol grip walnut stock.
