Description
Measures 5 1/2" overall. Case hardened steel with a Rockwell hardness of 69 (Butcher's steel). Black and yellow polypropylene and thermal plastic elastomer handle. Will not tear, rip, or change original angle of blade. Sharpens all stainless and high carbon steel knives including serrated. Also sharpens scissors, convex knives, and garden tools.
